Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Standard beach cruiser bikes ship for a flat rate of $79 to any address within the contiguous United States. All other items have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We subsidize a significant portion of the actual shipping cost on every order — your $79 flat rate covers only part of what we pay carriers to get your bike to you safely. For deliveries to remote locations or where carriers assess oversize surcharges, additional fees may apply. We will contact you for approval before any additional charges are collected.

Bike Shipping

All bikes are carefully packaged and ship partially assembled in a reinforced box. Final assembly is straightforward and typically takes 30 minutes. Assembly instructions can be viewed here.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us at info@hbbcinc.com within 48 hours of delivery. Do not assemble the bike. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Returns

Bikes

We accept returns on bikes within 14 days of delivery provided the bike is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Any bike that has been assembled or ridden is not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Accessories

Accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at info@hbbcinc.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
